Lets Pray

SJE1

SJE2 San Josemaria Escriva Church by Javier Sordo Madelano Bringas via Contemporist

I was taken by this church. Looking at the pictures I felt that I wanted to be there and pray. The architecture captures the light in such a beautiful “heavenly” way. It is devoid of ornament giving way to an uninterrupted spiritual experience.

Wouldn’t you want to pray there ? If it’s your thing that is !

Fantastic architecture, Mies was right, "God is in the details".
Your blog is beautiful and fun.
I'm following you, too.

Well I don't find myself praying that often, but this church is (seems) truly spiritual. Bummer I'll never remember the arhcitect's name because I think there's every letter of the alphabet in it.

gorgeous.
