Versus what? stay in bed? Ahhh, I love such big statements especially when you can get away with them. But how would you know if you do have it or not and how do you decide how to proceed in the morning if the former is not decided? I like the idea of having "taste" but I think it is slightly condescending, no?

I know the Vreeland family and they are so not condescending or pretentious. They love to talk about the way Mrs. Vreeland would find beauty everywhere she went. How she would enter a badly decorated room and find the one beautiful lamp and would compliment the owners on their excellent selection. So gracious.
